THE BRIEF: Nike ACG is the main sponsor of the Gorge Waterfalls race, which means they’re responsible for setting the tone and bringing the hype come race day.
(well, all that plus a fat bag of cash)

THE ASK: Bring the feral, whimsical, gritty, and inspiring ACG voice to life within a caption for the launch post.

MY ROLE: Caption curator. I was quickly tapped in to write a caption for the hypothetical launch post during the pitch back. We won the work, and it was eventually used for the actual kickoff.

why is this here?

  1. It’s one social post, I know. BUT, it was for my favorite client of all time.

  2. This caption made it through all 20+ rounds with nary an edit.
